An ‘Empty Homes Pilot’ delivered by a partnership Meden Valley Making Places (MVMP), South Yorkshire Housing Association (SYHA) and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) is refurbishing homes in Mansfield and Bolsover and bringing back into use for local families. One of the 10 refurbished homes, that stood empty of 13 years, underwent a major refurbishment and is now a home to new SYHA tenants Richard Clarke and Natalie Floyd and the welcome new addition to their family, five day old baby Summer. |
