Development
Meden Valley Making Places Ltd has selected Bellway as its preferred developer for five sites:
- Bathurst Terrace, Whaley Thorns
- New Terrace, Pleasley
- Royal Estate, Market Warsop
- Thoresby Road, Mansfield Woodhouse
- Warsop Vale
Bellway was selected following a tendering process in competition with other national builders. The company not only had to make a competitive bid for the land, but also convince MVMP that it is able to produce the quality homes and good design we are looking for.
Bellway is a national house builder and has considerable experience in developing urban regeneration schemes and working in partnership with local authorities and other agencies. The company is already developing a number of sites in this area and is planning to open a regional office locally. Sites Bellway is developing in the area include:
- Church View, Clay Cross, Chesterfield
- Earlswood, Sherwood Rise, Mansfield Woodhouse
- Lakeside Park, off King’s Mill Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield
